The Sierra is the Alpine Series' space-efficiency plan, fitting four bedrooms into 1,800 square feet on a 32 x 60 box, which makes it the cheapest route to a fourth bedroom in the lineup. The living room gets the signature Alpine tray ceiling with decorative beams, and the primary bath is fully specified with a free-standing tub on floating shelves, a 4' x 6' tile shower with a Pfister rain head, and raised elongated toilets. Standard construction includes 8 1/2' ceilings, radiant barrier roof decking, drywall throughout, LED can lighting and Energy Star certification.
